Turkish label converter Karma Etiket successfully installed a custom-built Weigang ZX-350 offset printing press to expand production capacity and improve service delivery for short-run label orders.

The specialized machine features a 350mm printing width, exceeding the standard 300mm on regular models, along with 6-color printing capabilities and integrated light band die-cutting functionality. The press features material inspection capabilities that enable operators to check print quality without interrupting production. The rewinding section is capable of pausing independently while the machine continues to run.
Karma Etiket selected the Weigang press based on the manufacturer's established reputation in the Turkish market. The company aimed to enhance its production capacity while maintaining printing quality and delivering faster service to customers through the use of offset label printing technology.
“Its robust efficiency and precision alignment with industrial standards make it ideal for high-demand label applications, solidifying our commitment to excellence,” said a representative from Karma Etiket.
The installation represents Weigang's continued expansion in the Turkish label market, supported by local distributor B&G Etiket Ambalaj Makine Ve Malzeme Hizmetleri. The ZX-350 press delivers high print quality, cost efficiency for CMYK runs, agility for short to medium runs and in-line multi-color capabilities designed to reduce turnaround times.
