Rotas installs Weigang multifunction ZX press

Spanish converter adds hot stamping, screen printing and embossing in a single offset platform.
Weigang has completed the installation and operator training of a multifunction ZX offset press at Rotas Iberica in Spain, expanding the converter's premium label production capabilities across wine, olive oil, spirits and cosmetics markets.
The press is configured with six offset printing units with ink remoting control, hot stamping, flexo with delam/relam, flat screen printing, flatbed embossing and die-cutting, enabling highly embellished labels to be produced within a single integrated platform.
Founded more than 50 years ago, Rotas serves customers across wine, olive oil, spirits, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and industrial labeling, with a focus on decorative and high-value applications. The company also undertakes RFID and specialty label development through in-house R&D.
Weigang's technical engineers provided both operational and advanced application training to Rotas personnel following installation, supporting production integration and process optimization.
